The icon itself is fine. The color of attuned items I definitely disagree with. Blue for attuned?
Not Attuned could just be gray, same with unequipped. Maybe green for Equipped
'course, the icons could be fas fa-check instead, would work for spells.

It doesn't play nicely with items with too many limited uses but works very well otherwise
Would make sense to make the attune icon toggleable while you're at it. 🤔

When you have a lot of charges and switch to the bar, maybe you could put the x/y text over the bar itself to keep the information without taking up more space
