There should be a "logs" directory in your Foundry data folder. Inside that, do you see any text files?

Open "error.log", and scroll down to the very bottom. What do the most recent lines say?

I would recommend restoring your world data from the backup you have, and then let Foundry attempt to migrate it again.

Should I do a complete uninstall/reinstall again?

Or better yet do you have the time to supervise me via a video chat to make sure I don't create havoc?
