It seems some world have problems during the migration. I'm looking in to it, but make sure you take a proper backup before you update in case you are affected!
Just for info really as I see that an issue has been raised already on GitHub. I updated a world this evening and literally got dozens of validation errors. However when I did some basic testing things seemed to be working ok. So I will watch this space. Thanks for all the work though @little carbon
Hi @little carbon . I have just done a clone of my world v5.1, logged into it and deleted some of the compendiums, ones that I had created (a bestiary which had a few compendiums of animals etc) (some of these are pinned on the beta testing channel). I logged out and then logged back in and chose to convert that world to V5.2. I had no validation errors and so clearly these bestiary compendiums were the problem, albeit I have no idea why. As I say, some of the listings for these compendiums are pinned on the beta testing channel, animals1, prazian riding animals etc). Hope that helps to solve the problem🤔
I have a solution now I think, I need to test a little more before I push that.
But there will be a new release in the near future
Could you please help me find the beta testing channel?
I just released a new version that should fix this - if you managed to get through the migration in 5.2.0 and have a backup of the world before that I would recommend that you use that backup and update directly to 5.3.0 to be completely safe.
I will do that, thank you👍
You need to contact either @little carbon or @green terrace to give you the access. Good luck. If you haven't used the system as yet, it is really good, and still getting better.
I'd really like confirmation on if it's somehow possible or not to modify an individual skill with an active effect/item macro.
Sorry for the late reply, but yes it's possible to modify skills (or other items) see https://sun-dragon-cult.github.io/rqg-system/api/rqid#7-active-effects
What is it for
I've tried to use i.skill.climb:system.baseChance, but can't get it to work. I had no problem with system.attributes.magicPoints.max
