Hello my name is Andrew. I'm a 35 year old dude who's looking for a new group. Right now I've been struggling to find any games due to working as a 2nd shift factory work, so I'm hoping for a GM who could be able to take me in. I'm a fan of anime and FPS games, especially Squad. When I play TTRPGs, I prefer homebrew settings over prewritten ones due to less reading to be done and I like interacting with it. I'm a team player, and while I prefer combat I still try to participate in social and exploration when I feel comfortable doing so. In terms of tone, I like a more medium tone. Not super dark, but not too serious.

I also am interested in trying out a 1 on 1 game. I've heard a lot of interesting things from other people online. But otherwise I'm totally cool with playing with groups as normal.

System(s): D&D 4e, PF2e, SF2e.

Availability: Games start at 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM CST start time Tuesday, Wednesday. For Saturday I can start anytime between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sessions I want to play for 4 to 6 hours, though if it's going to last longer I would want it to start earlier in my range since I work afternoons.

Paid games?: Only for D&D 4e games. $30/session or less.

I have one, but it's paid for pf2e and typically 3-4 hours long. So if that ever becomes something that you'd be interested in- feel free to DM me friend

i have a 5e curse of strahd game thats $15 per session at 4-5 hours per session. if your interested id love to talk to you about it

I already have a PF2e game I'm in so it's a lower priority. I'm not interested in 5e since martials are bad. What I really want is to get into a campaign for D&D 4e since I feel like I can play a martial and meaningfully contribute to the party.

Best of luck in your search. I know some systems where martials ain't half bad, but unfortunately 4e is a rarity.

Im curious, did you see all of the material available for martials in 5e? My paladin on my monday game causes round 135 damage per turn, my sunday fighther round 165, they are not 3.5 martials for sure where with greater cleave you would cause 500+ damage in hordes. But i feel like most martials cause comparable damage to most casters.
Not offering you any games yet, just curious really, if a dm help you find something suitable to what you want to play would you consider 5e?

Heyo, if you're interested in Pathfinder 2E, Starfinder 2E or D&D 4E I'd be happy to start up a campaign for you and look for other people. I used to host a lot of D&D 4E back in the day and play it a lot and it was one of my more favorite systems (now replaced with PF2/SF2). I can also either help set-up a group with no guarantee considering D&D 4E is not popular anymore or offer you a solo game, however for a solo game it'd be the rate you offered however at an hourly rate.
