Hi @fringe matrix , I'm a DM for 30+ years, D&D focused, and I have a developed Homebrew world I've been running for almost 10 years now called Euralia.
Happy to discuss a blend of fixed + variable to reduce your side of the risk as well.
I'm also a teacher with thousands of hours of exposure to the classroom, zoom teaching, etc, on top of my DMing professional experience.

Ive been a DM for 5 years, Ive been running a homebrew campaign going on 2 years now, based on litrpg, and cultivation aspects. Confident in improve when it comes to magical aspects and world interaction, I am good with roleplay in character and stick to a narrative aspect when going over combat/world interactions. Comfortable infront of a camera.

Willing to host 2 games for free to make sure its a good fit, if we all work well together Ill want some form of fixed pay, willing to take a lower cut of the profits for a safety net.

Hey @fringe matrix I've been GMing for 10 years, doing it professionally for 4 years. I have 50 verified reviews (meaning they have played in at least one session of a paid professional game of mind, verified by the website). I run games in a dozen different systems and am very comfortable in both Homebrew and pre-written campaigns. Very comfortable on camera, and with Foundry. Have done streamed games in the past, many of my games were streamed a couple years ago, but I stopped it because it was taking away from game time to run the game and do the tech stuff, and that wasn't fair to the players.
