Have you tried out? The weapon I'm currently testing and trying to make it work is the unarmed strike, not the necklace, just to clarify

Items don't have @size in their roll data. The feature I quoted you earlier said 1d6 (nothing about changing based on size), so if you swap out your roll formula with 1d6 you should be good
