#CLT + MidiQOL specific

OK so the way to properly use CLT nowadays (I think at least), is to create these custom conditions in the Other/Imported tab
Then go to CLT settings menu and uncheck this
Do not use the World Script I shared.
Are only the ones you screenshot found in your System - custom mapping?
I'm away from computer for a bit, but will test this as soon as I'm back. Thank you so much for the help investigating this โค๏ธ
If you clear the System Custom mapping from any of the default status effects, and have there only your created conditions, it should be fine. Let me know
Unticking that brings the default ones back. One thing I used CLT for was to change the icons for the standard conditions. But I realise now tha tit seems to have replaced them entirely, even if I used the old reference when creating the alternate picture one. Now I have two icons for blinded for example
Is there a way to change the icon of the standard conditons without breaking them? And then I can just use CLT for new custom conditions?
I'm hosting this on moltenforge btw, to answer you dm question ๐
The way CLT works, doesn't allow for changing your default system's status effects icons without breaking them for dnd5e v3.x
At least that holds true with my limited testing and for the current release of CLT
Ah, fair enough
Do you have these icons in a specific folder in the foundry user data or something?
I got them from an art pack module
Can find th edirectory
modules/dfreds-convenient-effects/images
I'll take a look at adding a way to change the icons
That would be kinda cool! I found that all the basic icons are kinda hard to read since they are the same colour, thats why I wanted to use the differently coloured ones
I'll just make due with the standard ones for now though, thanks for the help!
I noticed a strange issue now though. When I click a default condition from the token menu, it doesn't actually apply the "real" effect. It creates a poison one, but doesn't apply the poison condition that has the information that works with midi QOL
Will test
OK that is when using the Custom conditions mapping in CLT?
I am not getting the same issue so something must be different in our setups
Yeah, both when using "system-Custom" and "other/imported"
Can you export your conditions mapping?
For example I have only this shown
Is that the case for you too?
CLT + MidiQOL specific
And do you also have DFreds CE maybe active?
Actually can you share your MidiQOL troubleshooter export?
that was a bit old ๐ค ๐คฃ
Can you update MidiQOL and DAE?
I cannot test in the 3.1.2 system currently, but I shouldn't think that it would play any difference
Sure. Been holding off on the latest version update, but should be pretty safe now. Can update my foundry as well
Foundry v11 to v12 is a much more involved procedure, as many modules are not yet there
