I think the first two points touch the same topic. What text would you expect in such a tour?

Configuring a test within an item would be useful. Setting up skills, attributes, modifier, specialization, etc.

Import of a Character: What to do, from the export in chummer up to the point of the import is done.
Reviewing Items: What to do, to consider an item Reviewed, setup active effects etc, maybe with a common example. How to set the different values and where to use what
Creating Actions: How to create them and for what they are useful.

Each tour should only touch a single workflow

#

I guess discord is to limited for this. Can you open an issue for each tour with a description and possibly screenshot where the overlays should be shown

Currently no, maybe tomorrow.

This is the current tour

#

In the meantime I check how to change tabs ๐Ÿ˜„

Please consult the published text for terminology - right off the bat, they're not "Tracks". They're called "Condition Monitors".

#

Same thing with "Recovery Check"... Shadowrun doesn't use the term "check" at all. It's a "Test", in this case a "Healing Test".

Please see the heading right at the top of your own screen capture.

I agree with check => test. But they are called tracks in the official material

#

Do you want to change the heading of the first step to "Condition Monitor" but keep the text with tracks? I think that might be confusing for new players due to additional terminology

Condition Monitor appears 120 times in SR5. Track appears 54 times, most of them not in reference to Condition Monitors.

Thats quite a weak argument since Condition Monitor is a specialised word while track has multiple meanings in english language. For players that come from in person roleplay the character sheets are what is seen most

In fact... the only two places "track" is used in that context appear to be in that screen shot of the sample character sheet (or other reproductions of the character sheet as examples).

Well, thats CGL for you ๐Ÿ˜„

#

In Final Calculations they are called boxes...

That describes their geometric shape - they're generally written box-shaped, but they could just as easily be circles, hexagons, or as they are in the system "round-cornered rectangles".
