It should be pretty straightforward (🤞) but I'm using the Mystara bestiary (community content) as a starting point and swapping in similar creatures' stat blocks when necessary. I honestly don't know how many of the NPCs actually need stat blocks. 🤷♂️ I like translating the feel and just swapping in what I need vs doing a 1:1 conversion. I will, likely, be starting everyone at 4th level, though.

I gotcha! I've currently went on a bender remaking every overland map, battlemap, npc avatar and token in the campaign if any of that would be helpful to you!

No need. I've got plenty of tokens and a sizeable collection of battlemaps. Using those will help make the campaign "mine".
