I got a problem with updating my module

While I don't know the structure of your repo I'd usually expect it to end in latest not late

You have some random NPM package.json data in there.

Otherwise it looks vaguely correct.

Re-installing the module works. Just updating fails

Then check the module.json inside your zip instead.
