#Setting up SLAs

Give me a few, but you can turn spellbooks on in an actor's settings, then go to a spellbook and use the double-cog icon to open the spellbook's settings.
This is a good representation of the settings for an SLA book, with the Spellcasting Class either being None or HD, though if it's None, you will want to manually enter the Caster Level in the Caster Level Bonus Formula field.
Then you can add several spells, like say "Abundant Ammunition". The spell will have two fields that are 0/0. You can manually set how many per-day they get, or edit the spell (via right-click or the edit button on the far right) to click the "At-will" checkbox in the Details tab.
To make that yellow-orange "-3" behave, you'd click the 0 input next to it and specify a number that represents how many 1st-level slots per day.
For example, if I had Abundant Ammunition 3/day, Acid Maw 1/day, and Abadar's Truthtelling At-will, I'd set the box next to the "-3" as 4.
From there, you should be able to cast the spell as-is.
