Each router is different, so you'll want to find the advanced admin panel

ruby escarp
#

I shouldn’t set up the port forward from here, should I?

celest yarrow
# ruby escarp I’m there

You can drop a screenshot but you're looking for a drop down or radio with an option called bridge mode

#

Most likely system settings

#

Looks like this might be where it is at

ruby escarp

Once you set it to bridge reboot both routers and run the cgnat test again

ruby escarp
#

This was how it was set up when I got to this screen

#

Am I wrong to say it was already in bridge mode?

celest yarrow
#

it says it's in bridge mode, but something isn't right as if it was in bridge mode your other router would be showing as the only one

#

might need to call them and ask them what's up

#

or a full reboot of everything might just fix it

ruby escarp
#

So reboot the fios router?

celest yarrow
#

Need to turn it all off. Then turn on the orbi then the fios

ruby escarp
#

Ah

#

I am WFH at the moment so I will have to do this later

#

Thank you again, sorry for all the inconveniences
