OK, I think I have another idea, but I don't want to crowd this channel. I'll make a thread.

So I might be able to create a single FormApp that has content changing, showing, hiding, based on input, including buttons to display and their labels.

So on the Soak roll, if it fails, I might be able to reuse the same form without the adjustment fields since that's already been determined by this point.
