Could you try uninstalling-reinstalling the T2K premium modules? (It's safe for your world data)

for reference, the premium module wasn't activated for this particular example above but still installed.

actually it seems that the Forge has locked my Twilight2000 version to v2.3.0. I can't upgrade to v 10.0.0 which I suspect is because my Forge default Core version is set to v9

OK, so i manually installed v 10.0.0 of the T2K4E system that overrode the Forge selecting 2.3.0

that's got the Journal working now
