Thanks for this module; what a holiday treat! Where can we find the deck ID? I'm configuring it for Blade Runner. Edit: thanks @tame palm for answering the question in your video!
Great module, thank you guys! ❤️
I've noted a little issue: the module disable the Display Name and Bars tokens option, on roll-over and even on clicking.
Thank you for this!
I’ll try it out over the Christmas vacation.
🎄
Ouch, only for V10.
Will wait until I upgrade my Mutant and FL campaigns.
hi! What do I have to enter for the new module "Year Zero Engine Combat" for the Alien RPG in the following fields: Actors speed attribute and Actors Draw Size attribute?
It should be a question for @lone dove but I think that:
Speed (for creatures): system.attributes.speed.value (warning, might conflict with vehicle's speed, not sure if it's the same purpose)
Oh! Damned! Will look into it (after Christmas though)
Well for the most part the module is not necessary as Alien already displays the initiative cards, uses creature speed for multiple initiatives. It just doesn’t do groups.
You're absolutely right, you've already included great features, but the integration of fast and slow actions and the swap of initiatives help a lot to act closer to the basic rulebook. building on your work, this is once again a great added value to automate the rulebook.
In Blade Runner, how do I enable character's Fast Reflexes so that the player may choose their card?
It's not implemented yet in the BR game system (it's planned).
Meanwhile, there is a solution:
When you have added the player in the combat tracker in the sidebar, right-click their combatant and select Update Combatant.
In the dialog, change the Draw Size to 2.
Thanks, we'll work with the workaround for now
Sorry, but seems this line didn't work for ALIEN creatures. A Xeno Scout with Speed 3 is not automatically duplicated in the combat tracker.
Did you enabled the "auto duplicate" option in the settings ?
Duplication should occur when you click the "Begin Combat" button.
Nothing?
Oh, damn... yes! I think it duplicate the actor when I draw cards, before start the combat. Ok, it works! Sorry and thanks. 😉
Ouf! Great!
Silly question - is there a way to draw new initiative on a new round automatically, or is this something I need to do manually (I know it's only three clicks, but I am terribly lazy).
That's a suggestion to add in the github repository
Thanks - I'll do that
Thank you! It'll help us to keep this feature request in mind!
Just FYI, I came up with a bit of a boiler plate solution which 90% works for me at the moment.
