#Summoner mismatch bug?

I did check and make sure the summoner name I used in client and Mobalytics app is the same
and during the champ pick process, my Mobalytics app sometimes showing repeating name of same user which seems like bugging.
it happened to me while i had the app running and once i closed the league client and manually input the correct summoner name it synced right after
and by name i mean this, example: kox#1234
not just kox that is showing on the game client
i'm also getting this, i've tried the fix and it still won't work :(
Likewise, I tried the fix here, and anything else I can think of (uninstalling/reinstalling etc, but no avail
ive used the fix i proposed today 2 times on both my accounts on euw and eune and it worked both times
league client myst be off, then u set the correct summoner in mobalytics, then you login to that account
and the info all stayed
if u swap account or restart pc maybe it needs refix though
Whats happening to me is that when I press play game it goes from "ready" to "Summoner mismatch"
maybe today additional bugging happened cause for me its not loading my info even with league closed. Im on the correct account and i cant see match history or stats or anything
i get this message although im on the correct account and its showing as ready
lets be patient i guess. This summoner name change is a lot of work for the mobalytics team to fix so just give them time

We're aware of these issues happening since the Riot ID changes, if it's not resolving itself, please create a ticket in #user-support and please make sure your apps are updated to the latest version!
