Install SteamCMD (from the link on that page).

Use the command prompt (write command in the windows search box), navigate to the steamCMD folder and run steamcmd with the parameters specified in Chapter 2.

Or if you prefer, make a windows shortcut to the SteamCMD.exe, modify the shortcut to include the launch parameters from Chapter 2. (Right-click on the shortcut, open properties and add the launch parameters to the Target field.)

If you use the shortcut method you can use the same shortcut to also validate your DS files after you have installed it which is handy if there is ever a game update (lol).

You're typing them as separate commands, that won't work, they all need to be passed to steamcmd.exe in one go

(This is assuming you created a folder C:\SvenDS already, if you made another folder then you need to modify the path in the steamcmd launch parameters.
