okay, force shutdown your iphone. since you have an iphone 7 you're going to have to hold your on-and-off button (right side of your device) and the volume down, (bottom left side of your device) until your phone shuts off, that'll forcefully shut down your iphone which allows it to re-calibrate some apps. see if it works then, if it doesn't, reinstall the Discord app, but the normal mode, so not the testflight build.

if neither of this works then i'm afraid i don't know what will help, so you're going to have to contact Discord Support about this issue which you can do at: https://dis.gd/contact, make sure to explain them what you told me, and give them your testflight build + device info

i doubt this is an issue within the server itself as i've never seen this happen before, my apologies for not being able to help you any further!

If someone posted your personal information in a message, which is against the rules and probably the law, it will need to be included in the screenshot to show the offence they commit

If your server is fan-run and not actually managed by the company/organization in question, then you won't be verified, the partner program would be more suited for communities like that, but take a lot more time and consideration into before even being considered a valid partnered server.
