alright, so as a kid you usually get gifts and it's all nice because you get to believe in Santa and him bringing you gifts for being good. it was a good incentive when i was a kid to do be good otherwise i'd get coal for christmas. when i found out that he wasn't real i actually would go help my dad wrap christmas gifts for my brothers after he was finished with mine and it was thrilling to see what they got and seeing their reaction in the morning when they opened it. normally you have to wait for your parents to wake up to open the gifts, so we'd crawl all over my dad and nana to wake them up. then when you got to see the tree in the morning wiht all the gifts it was such a fun time ripping open the gifts and simultaneously thorw the wrpaping away. the joy went away as i started getting older, but i still look forward to it and seeing my family.

and you have christmas dinner which is so good because we eat the ham cooked with pineapple and it was like thanksgiving all over again. i wouldn't eat at all that day until supper so my stomach would be empty so i could eaaat.

but it was a lot about god and the birth of christ in my house growing up. i loved and still love pulling up the tree, and decorating it with colorful lights and bulbs and seeing the stuff i made from when i was a kid. then you get to decorate your porch with lights so it has a nice warm feeling all around when you go. people put blow up decorations, lights, statues, sooo many things and i loved goign around the neighborhood as a 'light show'

this is just from an adults pov now, so maybe somoene who's a little younger than i could explain how they feel about it as well.

Is India the correct region for your server? Was a voice channel in use around this time? Voice channels can adjust regions now based on where users are to improve audio quality, so my guess would be that the region changed for a voice channel and then reverted back to the India region.
