Yeah, you can let trust and safety know by filing a report with all the information they require and they will assist. They were very speedy in responding. In the mean time, you’ll just have to ban them and take tighter measures on who joins.

We implemented a temporary check in phase with in-game information to avoid people spamming it. And once Discord helped, we lightened membership requirements

That's not true, at all. Those are community libraries, not official ones. (There are no official libraries to be clear.) At one point in the past, the ToS were wishy-washy about it, so it was tacitly allowed. That time is no longer, and has not been for a while now. Discord staff have been very, very clear that using a user token to access the API outside of the official client is a ToS violation, cut and dry.

iss files are, if I recall, basically metadata packages and scripts that are used along with your bundled install files to make a packaged installer executable

As for slash commands, Im of limited use because I don't use libs for my bots, but I do know that d.py and slash-commands has some issues, because the former is no longer maintained, and the latter is a rather haphazard bandaid.

Do that. Global commands take up to an hour to propagate. You should test with guild-specific commands for this reason, then promote them to global once they're tested and working.
