Hi! so, i had a conversation with my friend in the past, there's something important, i put some important information that the only way to get it is through our DM, i know its dumb, because i did a mistake where i deleted it (i deleted the file from my pc) so now the only way to get it is getting it through our DM, but then one of us (Or both of us? Discord thought that it's me whose breaking the guidelines and ToS but it's the hacker and I had no control over my account (it was night in my timezone). When I woke up, I requested discord for support in the trust and safety section, and I received that my account won't be reinstated. This is a little unfair, do I have no chance at all?

Yes you can only have one verified server per company branding, however franchises are a different policy.

Take discord as such example, all of their separate departments (Game Team, Community Programs, Etc.) are in different verified servers.

Is anyone else having issues with slowmode and moderators? To my understanding, anyone with the manage message permission has the ability to bypass slowmode. I am also aware that anyone with the administrator permission also can bypass it, and most other things.

On my servers, people with the admin perms and/or manage message perms, are still given the slowmode and unable to message again until the slowmode is up.
