None of the clients have developer options, whether it be to enable experiments or otherwise. If you got those options, you got them through the use of client mods, which are against the ToS. The only way for a normal user to get access to any experiments is either to be randomly added to experiment, added by a dev manually, or be given a build override.

I notice that non-administrative members in my community (50-pax) have problems sending messages. I enabled all perms for their base role and yet their messages keep getting silently deleted. This is random - like often they're deleted, occasionally not.
Bots can snipe these messages but I'm finding this annoying and worrying since it does not show up on audit log.
Does anyone know why?
