I mean, its a GFX job on Discord, I wouldn't expect the utmost in professionalism. That being said, does it meet the specifics of what you asked for? If so, "not liking it" isn't really a good reason to not pay an artist for their work. I've seen plenty of people who are just bad at describing what they want, so it ends up being a neverending series of "but can you make it, you know, POP more?" and "I just don't think it looks on-brand for me" and the artist spends like 8 more iterations doing it because of a badly formed commission description
