That message is 100% fake. Discord staff members of any kind don't start a system message with "Alright so our team is doing XYZ". And last time I checked, I never heard of any server getting terminated for hosting nitro giveaways. A bunch of big servers do it all the time without any issues. So, have no fear as nitro giveaways aren't against Discord's ToS. [Disclaimer: I'm not a discord official so take what I say with a grain of salt. Things said in this message are based off of observations only.]
