From a permissions standpoint, you can either have

• Everyone can ping the role or
• Only users that can ping all roles can ping the role
  If you only want certain roles to ping a role, then your best bet would be an automod rule that blocks <@&roleid> (replace roleid ofc) and make the moderator role exempt from that automod rule

It's not really possible to compromise an account with an image, most browsers today are in fact sandboxed, just to get out of the sandbox is going to require more than just an image with a payload if the browser doesn't already throw that out and render normally...

I don't have that red bar at the top of the page. but I did get an official message that says I'm set to limited access till tomorrow. 24 hours. I can't DM anyone, even my friends, but I can message in servers. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? What could of caused this?

In Discord I received a friend request from an unknown person, so I accepted it. When I accepted it, I sent him a message that contained only a question mark. When I sent the message, my account was suspended by Discord, and I received a message in the email that my account might have been hacked. They asked me to change the password to log in to the account. When I changed it and logged in, I could not send messages privately. When I sent, my message appears in red, meaning that it was not sent, and an image appears. If I need it, I will send it to you, but at the same time I can send messages on the servers. Some of their API servers were down. It could be the auto system moderation went full freak out and put limits on accounts. Even though it's fixed now, individuals will probably need to get appeals individually.
