I help run a pretty decently big server and several people there can’t turn cams on, everything is up to date on their ends too. We did find out that if you’re out of date on any discord client it will crash the mobile app of people with the camera issue, but once the person who’s out of date on discord is updated it allowed the camera back on without crashing til the voice chat hit a certain number of people

It's okay I'll share it here. So there's this very weird bug going on with my discord account where the app will open, log me in and load stuff and then go back to an infinite loading screen that I cannot interact with. This is only on my pc with the discord app and Browser and is limited to my discord account (the one I'm using rn). My account works find on phone though.

However, I made an alt account on edge and it logged in and loads fine but when I try it with my main (this account) it goes back to the weird infinite loading loop.

So far I've tried discord canary, discord live, discord ptb (?) and on browser and it always gets into this infinite loading screen when I log into my main account

I am at my wits end and I have no clue what's going on 😭 discord support made me try canary and a malwarebytes scan but nothing popped up and the issue still remains.

Try this maybe? press the Windows logo Key + R to launch the Run dialog box. Once the box opens, type %APPDATA% and press “Enter” Windows will directly launch the Roaming folder in the AppData folder.

Search for discord and right click DEL. Then start and login again.

That will log you out from your account on discord app

While the article Gurre sent is correct, note that you can NOT report bot logs (such as with deleted or edited messages). You will need to report the message directly, and if its deleted before you can do that then it's not possible, regardless what you have on that user (screenshots, videos, etc)

Yes, you can see the messages on DMs if you request your data of discord. If you still have that DM open or you have a way to open that DM, you can see them without having to request your data

Hello! Can anyone help me with figuring out how to make something possible? I've been attempting to allow specific roles to @role a specific role in my Discord server recently based on one of my members' ideas in a text channel. For example, Role A only has access to certain text and voice channels and wants to ping those with the same role in those certain text and voice channels. Hello people, I am looking to get some advice. I have been a paid discord nitro user for about a year or so now and I've only just realised that when I share screen it is capped at 720p 30fps. I was under the assumption (as stated in the perks of nitro) that being a nitro user grants better streaming qualities to 60fps. I see that server boost also grant the functionality at level 2 to escalate the quality of streams to 60fps. Am I correct in thinking that despite being a nitro user, I cannot stream at 60fps in a server unless the server is level 2?

You can set up a moderation bot which allows them to ban/kick/timeout with a command and apply a cooldown to it. But ideally this is not necessary and you pick your admins and mods carefully and only give permissions absolutely necessary for them to do what they are asked of.

depends on that server's moderation rules in regards to mutes, usually they are temporary, either automatic with a bot or built-in timeout, or sometimes they are manually cleared by a mod, depending how they have it set.
maybe you can check if they have a modmail bot that you can DM to ask about your mute and how long it will last

Wait patiently for a month or two at max for a reply. Don't send multiple tickets. If they don't respond you won't get the account back. If they say that you didn't provide enough proof, go through their appeal page and read what you have to submit. If you are lucky you'll get a reply earlier
