unfortunately, 6-7 business doesn't happens to be the justified turnaround time in discord's support model, they don't commit to any ETA.
for checking the status of your ticket you can open an account in their support forum, with the same e-mail you've given in the ticket. you'd be able to see your tickets

What I can’t seem to find any information about is whether Discord retains any of the messages or files sent in a server if the server is deleted entirely or if the private messages are deleted when both accounts are deleted.
