a ticket should be separate from the previous enquiry. i simply asked for a real agent to connect with, if you claim they are not bots then why does different profiles appear when you respond back to some tickets and it re-opens. a different user comes to assist you and its less robotic

clyde is their first line of defence in handling 80% of the tickets, any tickets that re-opens or its something that clyde cant handle. then and only then you connect to a real agent

they get 20k tickets every 24 hours , are you telling me staff are reviewing all 20k tickets. i doubt that, i think they use a bot to handle most of their inqueries and tickets.

thats why im stuck in this mess hole cause i cant connect to a real agent to look into my issue

At this point, I’ve told them I won’t stop sending tickets until I get a proper answer. I’ve also asked if accounts get deleted after suspension because I’m really worried they’ll just erase everything without giving me a chance to fix this. Heya, I have a weird situation on one of the servers that I mod and yes, I know this is not a support-from-discord kind of place, but I am wondering if anyone ever had a similar situation on their own server and knows how to solve this.

One of our fellow members got randomly banned on our server when they were inactive. We have checked multiple times and neither bot nor anyone from the staff banned them, they did not show up in the banned member list, literally nothing happened from our side and they claim to not have done anything too. We have tried unbanning them but they're not able to join the server again. They never had other accounts on server, were never banned on other account. We tried banning and unbanning, and contacted discord staff but they just told us to unban everyone from the banned people list (which is not possible as we have around 70 pages of people banned). We did unban every deleted_account though but it did nothing and the support pretty much is not willing to help us as they demand to show proof of everyone being unbanned. Did any of you maybe have a similar situation or have an idea on how we can bring them back to our server on their main account?

How could they change your email?

You need to send verification email to change email.

Anyways, if you do not have access to the new email that is associated to account, they can't recover your account cause they need to receive ticket from associated email.

There can be many reasons, you may have no verificated account, you DM'ed certain amount of people in short time, or you usin VPN.. Sometimes can happen if you choose pictures in captcha too fast, it can still think you are a bot, or you have a new account.
