No, and sending multiple tickets for the same issue isn't helping either - they just ignore those new tickets (aka sending out automated responses again and again)

What you should do is reply back to the mail response of the original ticket you made until you get a human response

If they sent out an automated response but they don't receive any reply back after X days, they think "oh they found out a solution, no more support needed on that one"

and creating new tickets for the same issue over and over again is getting marked as like "spamming support with tickets" so they ignore them instantly - its works something like that

That's not possible, there is either a compromised bot on the server or another account, but you can't just give yourself roles. Same for the unban, unless a VPN or proxy is used.

Nor is it possible to ban the owner itself from a server

That's not how JWT works, that token is used to validate the session of your user against the database that Discord has, be it UserID, email. Something that matches. The API itself just says "Oh I know you, welcome. I'll open the doors for you"
So when someone takes that, puts it into the browser storage, the client will report back to the API which in turn goes "OH I remember you, welcome buddy, enjoy your stay." without further validation

Hey guys, one of my friend's account is hacked, he sends a ticket to Discord as soon as the account is hacked.

Now while he is waiting, I found the person that hacked/bought(? my friend's account, even the group they are supposedly for selling account.

Now the question is, what should I do now? Should I report the server to Discord? And what other things I can do?

The account is changed to another email, the name and banner, picture has changed too. The hacker has all the access of my friend's account. Is recovering my friend's account impossible for situation like this?

Yeah, pretty much because your IP address is banned meaning you have to use a new device since when you register an account, discord save your IP address, emails and more. And I'm not a qualified expert so take my words with a grain of salt. I'm just saying what I know with my little research

its a special token to authorize that your account belongs to you, but if that token gets leaked somewhere others could log in to your account as well without the need of putting passwords or security codes as said

resetting your password will reset your discord token too, but if that ransomware program you downloaded takes care of that it will just share the new created token too so the only way to get rid of it is to make a clean wipe of your pc

We're having an issue with a member sexually harassing others at a recent IRL event, with some of it happening directly on discord. The problem is that they are the server owner. We have tried to get them to step down and work with them but they are not willing to cooperate.

Sexual harassment is against discord community guidelines and even if it wasn't, it's something we are taking very seriously and want to deal with. Unfortunately with the tools given, our only option is to create a new server, but with over 450 members, this option is less than ideal. Is there any way at all to get help with this? I have opened a ticket with discord a few days ago but haven't heard anything back yet.

If this happened in real life, contact law enforcement. You can't force a server owner to step down or take control of the server under any circumstances.
