Hey, so I want to use Threads on my Server. We're playing DND and I wanted to have some sort of "Compendium" for my players. So one which is the place for players to create their characters and write down informations about them. Another one , the so called "Atlas" is the one where we create threads for places that we know , so we can add information about these places. I just created a test character and a test place and I'm able to link the threads to each other. So let's say my Character visited a place I can use the # and then chose the place that I created. However, it's not possible for me to link threads from my players. Is there any option to enable this? For example one player already created his character but I can't link the character in the place-thread. It's not available from the list...Is there any hidden permission somewhere or option to enable this? It seems that linking only works if I follow a post. Is there any way to do this without the follow?

It's against tos to use things to do that, but iirc it's possible to get channel names and descriptions even if you can't access the channel normally (they have to be in the server). It's not possible to read any messages in those channels if they don't have permissions though.

Adding onto Nick's messages, Discord staff will have a blurple (think purple, but with a hint of blue) hammer and chisel badge, like these two for example:

So if someone's claiming to be discord staff, look for the hammer and chisel badge and report their messages.

Does anyone know how to actually get in contact with a discord developer who deals with support tickets, for the past two months I’ve spent my time trying to get my discord account back after being falsely accused of being underage, I have provided them with the correct materials as stated in the their instructions over 10 times. I need this account to speak with my friends once more. I can provide proof that I have a bank account, ID, permit, Bank statements. You can’t even have a permit without being 15 and a half. Please someone please help. I’ve done their requests many many times they just will not accept it. If I have to pay to meet a support developer to get my account back I will.

Discord does not offer live support and you are not supposed to submit multiple tickets. You have to submit the document for age verification exactly as you are told

I’m have, I made one ticket, did the correct instructions. They replied that I did not. And then it was in a constant loop of me sending the correct information and instructions and they wouldn’t except it. Then they closed my ticket permanently and I opened a new one and they responded to it once before closing it again. I just recently did one more after stopping for two weeks. I can even send you the picture. It has the correct stuff. You can clearly see everything on my permit.

It just makes me even more upset that I’ve spent over 300 dollars of nitro for it to disappear without a fight.
