That's the most obvious scam I've seen in ages:
1 - No way the CTO and owner of discord will DM you. There's a support team for that + neither do they dm. The owner doesn't do stuff like that.
2 - "You need to pay $200 to validate your account". There doesn't even exist an app that requires to pay to validate your account.
3 - The typical block messages. If someone sends normal messages like that, then it's 9/10 a scam.

You should only be patient. Multiple tickets will only result in potential to be ignored as duplicates should never be made. It can and most likely will take a while because they have mass tickets to go through.

The thing is and this is only coming from my experience with Stripe, not Paypal or any mobile payment stuff.
Cancelling on the exact day depending on the hour it's requesting, usually falls on deaf ears on Stripe's API

So cancelling at the wrong time could have just said, you had an active subscription on X date, apply cancellation on Y date (Month from now)

And that is assuming you just cancelled it at the wrong time

This is because your earbuds switch to Handsfree Telephony, which for some reason tanks audio quality. If you have a microphone, make sure its set as the input device on Discord and is set as your default communications device in sound settings. You can also disable this specific service in your Bluetooth settings for your earbuds (note the microphone may not work anymore) as some programs ignore the aforementioned settings (f.e call of duty or sea of thieves) and force handsfree telephony anyway, even if a different input device is set or input is disabled.

The server will have a grace period if the level for the server is in jeopardy,
Spammer or not, that doesn't really apply to server boosting.

No, when a boost is removed or the person leaves then that boost will leave. The only time a server will have it's level still active temporarily is when grace period happens which gives you time to boost the server to maintain it.

Hey, I'm begging for any help. I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown at this point. For three months I haven't been able to regain control over our company's server, which is the core of its operation. It's a small group, literally three people are involved in it, and the server was an important and long-built place for our community, where they could find support, information and a safe space.

Three months ago I was banned by an automated system for no reason (I know how it sounds, but literally: an automated system banned my account for alleged spam, even though I didn't do anything like that). But at this point I don't even want to get this account back (as you can see, I created a new one), and I know , whatever, I just want to transfer the status of the owner of our server to my friend.

I waited two months for an answer to my first ticket, so I was only informed that the account had been deleted (even though messages written from that account are still visible to everyone, so... it wasn't?) and they can't give me information about it. I replied to that ticket, but it's being closed without any answer. I have reason to believe that the ban was caused by malicious reports from a certain group of people, but as I said, at this point I am hopeless and would just like to transfer control of the server to my coworker.

So I wrote a ticket to transfer ownership of the server. We provided all the necessary information. Guess what – after a month the bot (!) replied saying that they cannot give me information about my banned account.

I feel like in "The Twelve Tasks of Asterix", it sounds like a mechanism created to suffer and frustrate. I am devastated. I feel like no one cares and I am genuinely starting to doubt whether there is any human working in this support? What am I supposed to do at this point?

If anyone has any experience, any, you can also dm me. I will be grateful for any help 🙏

From my own personal experience, sorry to break it to you, but what you think is a bot that answered you is actually a human doing their best impression of a bot by being completely and utterly unable to deviate in any way, shape, or form, from the solid rules established by Discord's management. They don't do exceptions, they don't give a flying heck about your server, you, your users, or anything like that. I recently had to renew a domain name (a special $100/year one) in order to regain access to an email on that domain, because support refused to change the email even if I had access to the account, its authenticator, the phone number attached to it, and could prove the domain previously belonged to me. They're just 100% useless in everything, and might as well all be replaced by auto message. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it's how it is.

Boosts are a subscription, not a one time purchase. You renewed your two boosts subscription, and since you put them on your server last, they stayed there. If you want to boost another sever, you will need to move your boost, or sign up for another subscription.

btw about the "Discord makes no mistakes and every account ban is verified by a human". The company account I work for was banned for spam, even though it never sent a single message (it is only used to manage the server).

We filed an appeal, the response to the ticket was: "Thanks for writing in. It looks like you got caught in our spam filter. After further review of your situation, I've gone ahead and lifted the suspension on your Discord account".

So sure, spam filter "does not exist" and Discord "does not make mistakes".

The spam filter is an automated system, in fact this impacted one of my employees recently and is going through the appeal process.

Discord doesn't make the mistake, the automated system just assumed X amount of accounts on the same IP is just you creating multiple, think household doesn't have 19 people living there
