If you are not 18+ then you should not be able to access those channels as it can be illegal and it’s an intended feature.

If you are 18+ and you are on iOS and unable to access those channels then you have to go on the desktop/web client and go to User Settings > Privacy & Safety > Allow joining 18+ servers on iOS

I've read a little here, and it seems i've encountered a similar thing that might be related.

I restarted my PC while in a discord call, rejoined after my pc restarted, since then i could only hear, see and watch peoples' streams of which i wasn't in call with on restart.
Then i went on to restart discord, didn't help, reinstalled discord, didn't help, log out and back in, didn't help, restarted my pc a couple times, repeated the steps before out of panic and frustration, aaaand here we are. Permissions are the same as have always been, i can still hear people, just not those specific people i was in call with as i restarted my pc. Confusing stuff. I'm open for ideas.

I don't recommend reporting the entire server, knowing ur in it you might cause more damage to your own account, just report a message that goes against ToS of discord and add details if asked.

Cause idk if it's still a thing but some guy reported a whole server and every member got their account suspended or "limited" for a while and we know support takes ages with that kind of stuff.

The problem started when we used up all the backup codes for the account, and my phone, which had the authentication app, suffered a processor burnout during the summer heat of 40°C 😔.
