The tickets aren't automated like that. It's just a template. But since you don't have access to the email account then I'm not sure what they're going to do until you get access to it.

If someone looked at it, I’d imagine that a screenshot of the confirmation email when initially making the account back in 2021 would be enough to prove that I’m the owner of the account, and that they could delete it at the very least

Getting access to the email is sadly impossible, so the goal for the most part is to stop it from scamming friends

A friend gave me a Free Nitro promotion code for 3 months. That's why you can see I have nitro. Then, I got ANOTHER promotion code from Duolingo, but obviously I can't use it since I already have Nitro. So I thought, "I'll just give it away", but everyone I tried to give it to didn't want it since it requires a payment method, so then I thought, "Heck, I'll try giving it away on servers", but every time I post the code on a server I IMMEDIATELY GET BANNED because they think I'm scamming (which, is actually very likely according to statistics)! So there's my problem. And the code will expire on the 31st. I don't think I can refund the code, either, because it's not mine - technically it's Duolingo's code that they gave to me (not in my Gift Inventory, either). So what do I do with this link that's gonna expire in 1 day? I don't want to waste it, but I don't want to get banned from Discord for "scamming" either! Is there any way to redeem it for something else or something??

It’s basically an issue where it incentivizes people to spam others with unsolicited DMs or just straight up spam. Although not technically written as stated, it can violate the guidelines if it’s incentivized spamming.

And depending on a severity it could also be raiding as you’re stating to share a server to everyone around to earn a reward which may impact the operations of a server having to deal with said spam

But that’s my interpretation, not fact.
