hi, it's been 3 weeks since the impersonation has taken place and no action has been made to ban the account or protect me, the person's account is still active and i know this because they are continually changing their profile picture to match mine. i have reported them at least twice and have sent multiple tickets about the issue which have either resulted in being given an automated response, closed without resolution, or completely ignored. i have been waiting for a response on the ticket for ten days.

Even if you break ToS, your account may not immediately be banned. It may be limited or very limited...etc depending on the particular violation. I am not sure how Discord treats impersonation but since you can't see that user's account standing, you may never know what action Discord took

Hello, i have just experienced a harmful discord scam, it starts out with a friend or just a online discord friend, telling you they mistakenly reported you. Then they proceed to send a very convincing fake discord filing email, that tells about the user to reach out (to you or the one experiencing the scam) and then the email goes on talking about what happens if they dont take actions in the next 24 hours, while this do seems very convincing, it afterwards tells you to add someone, someone named “David Tsai” who is so-called of the Discord Support team. When you DM the “David Tsai” and tell him about the “mistake” your friend made, he tells you to state your birthday date, which already seems suspicious. He then tells you that he wants to verify if your “STILL” underage. then you send screenshots of information and evidence he then asks for a sum of money like 300 or something to cover this file.
There is a page which involves the SAME problem and scam. which i can do if i can send links in this channel.

I posted a ticket with id of users that are doxxing individuals including minors and discord closed my ticket since I can't report the message directly, and only provide screenshots and the users discord numeric ID as I've blocked contact with the individuals and banned them from my server. They are doing this in another server that someone else sent me the images of.

I'm honestly not sure what to do as it's flustering to just get my ticket auto closed. I cannot report the messages (nor want to try to get into that server as it's disgusting they're doing that). I tried calling discord at their support number but it always go to to voicemail . Any advice is appreciated.

I don't have access. I'm being sent this from other individuals. When I banned the group of users originally for going after me and another user I had discord wipe all the messages from my server as it contained personal info. At the time it was mainly just me they targeted but they've since started to spread to additional targets since then.
