Starting 2 years ago i’ve had a very strange issue with discord. Each time i attempt to login, my client will log me out & then i will receive an email like in the picture attached.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. This issue is COMMON issue. When any changes are made to an account it can sometimes trigger discord's anti-spam system.

This is a known issue that Discord is actively working on. As you've mentioned that, logging in results in the account being flagged, correct?

To resolve this, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your Discord cache
2) Log in via both your phone and desktop to see if the issue persists (be sure to clear the cache on both devices)

Try logging in from a different network (e.g your mobile network)

if it still continues, try using a vpn to see if it’s related to your current ip address or geographic location

this could help avoid any automatic flagging due to suspicious logins ^^

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but I'll give it a shot. I have a friend who tried logging in through Face ID on their phone. They tried 2-3 times but on the last time, their phone glitched and it spammed failed Face ID attempts, therefore disabling their account. They put one support ticket in but as it has been almost a week with no response, concerns are growing on if they can get their account back. I checked online to see negative things surrounding lack of responses and that if not resolved soon, their account will get permanently deleted. We don't want to spam Discord support tickets, but online people say that is the only way they get responses. Any advice? We should just wait for Discord support to email back?

I'm trying to make a channel in one of my servers opt-out. That seems easy enough: I just make a role that has ❌ View Channel permissions
The problem is the server as a whole has a member role (like Town Hall Member), so that role needs permissions to view the channel. ven though the opt-out role is higher up people with both roles are saying they see the channel? We found that individually turning a member's view permissions to ❌ does give us the desired behaviour, but is there any way to actually do this with roles?

Hello im having trouble adding a server on disboard. I have already set it with its bot and the website but the only issues is the server not appearing on the search bar. The server has been approved by disboard website for it to be public on the list with a active link for new members to join later. I just need a reason why it doesn't appear when being searched up on the website? I did everything for it to be part of the server but for some reason the website doesn't show it to be in the list. Search for one of the tags. When I search my server, that is listed there since ages by name, it doesn't show up either. But it does with a tag I provided.

Run /page and make sure sure it's still listed. You may need to do a tag refresh (removing & readding all tags, then bumping). Make sure you're looking up the exact tags your using, some could be very close but off.
