Hello everyone, I have an issue with onboarding, which I think is a bug, if I try to edit anything with the pre-join or post joins questions, it will not save at all. I don't get an error due to it as well. What happened was that another member of the staff team deleted some channels that were in the pre join questions, and now I am not able to edit it. Yoza just wanna get other people's opinion on this topic and the actions I'm about to pursue.

On the 5th of August, I was charged for nitro even though I had cancelled the subscription a month prior and the billing date was the 23rd anyway, so I was charged early.

I emailed Discord support for billing and transactions and they denied charging me for nitro. I later provided proof with my bank, Google Play Store and billing section on my discord settings and they all have the invoice of me being charged $19.99.

I've been going back and forth with support and they've been saying the same things "I understand you want a refund" and "checked logs under your email and there are no charges associated".

My bank cannot retract my money since it has already been processed through into discords whatever they use.

Is legal action sensible in this situation?

The reason they ask for you to get into your email is discord staff need to be sure its you 100%. The domain may be expired, but thats on you at that point.

Think of it as an added security to ensure this isnt someone else and they have access to that account via buying the computer off someone who didnt format it, and left it logged in.

If all messages are deleted, you can only report it your local authorities if bad enough. Discord can only take messages that are still there.

On the site, usually when you submit tickets, you get an email back with a ticket number.
