I don’t know as much about Samsung phones but it could be a software issue, devices without recent software updates usually have trouble loading images and other media

That might be the problem but I’m not sure

Like I couldn’t load pictures until I got IOS 17

It’s mostly a means of forcing users to update their phones but if it’s a picture/media problem you have that would be a good start as to trying to fix it
