That permission allows them to edit any role below the highest role they have. They can't edit their role or the roles above them, but isn't limited to any specific roles, as long as it's below their top roles

Perms aren't specific to roles, their specific to the user. They could have 80 roles, the very bottom give them a perm, and it applies over all.

well, the best way to do this is to either merge similar channels together (simply delete one of them and potentially rename the other), or make use of categories for channels you use less often - that way you can only open certain things when you really want to

If it is in a weird font, seems to be trying a lil too hard, has too many badges or addresses it from all of discord, when it's just one profile ('contact us')...
I personally would not believe it.

Generally speaking, unless you're in a really funky server, high end discord mods won't try too hard and will make sure people can understand their profile.

However, I could be wrong. You can never go wrong by asking a question, checking it out yourself, and NEVER opening links from other people unless you're 100% sure it's safe.
You can use checking websites likes NordVPN's link checker: https://nordvpn.com/link-checker/, or downloading something free like AVG Antivirus: https://www.avg.com/en/signal/website-safety, which has a build in website checker.

At the end of the day though, there are times that these may go wrong too. Always trust your gut, be extra cautious, and you'll be fine no matter where you are in discord.

i've tried that, as well as resetting voice settings, making sure my devices property settings volume is at max aswell as in windows settings. my other mic (webcam mic) is the same as it was before, this problem appeared after i factory reset my pc. i'll try troubleshooting and will update you after, thanks
