I would recommend against telling others to break ToS and participate in targeted harassment. Spamming reports will most likely get them marked as spam, ignored, and could put your accounts at risk instead.

The automod message sent by the automod are ephemeral, like clyde's one, but it also send a second message in an other channel for the moderators, which isn't. If you see a button 'dismiss messages' or something like that at the bottom of a message, it's an ephemeral message.

Under the hood automod alerts are authored by the user that originally tried to send the message. The message type is the only difference, 0 for normal and 24 for automod. My question is bc people around me weren’t sure if you could report them. My theory is you can due to the aforementioned.

I have figured out that the discord app is the problem because after closing the app and entering the game again, it no longer crashes. Discord website, however, does not crash my game. A member from my server, a friend of mine, had her discord account hacked. I'm trying to help her, and I'm looking for some help on the best way to handle the situation and the fastest way to get into contact with a Discord Staff member.

My friend and her boyfriends' accounts were hacked. The boyfriend's discord account was hacked first, then hers. The hacker is portraying to be Ben Beals, one the Discord Staff members - this is how he is hacking the accounts. However, it goes beyond the point of hacking into more serious matters.
I'd like to mention that both my friend and her boyfriend are minors.
After both of their accounts were hacked, my friend and her boyfriend managed to contact the hacker via the fake Ben Beals discord account. The hacker demanded intimate photos of my friend in order to get her and her boyfriends account back (she did not send anything) and if he didn't, he threatened to leak the content he has from the hacked accounts but we know he already has leaked some content to various sites.

Ultimately my friend and her boyfriend would like their original discord accounts back and rightfully so but I'd like to get the hacker's discord banned from the platform or at the very least the person behind the screen investigated.
The staff team in my server and myself including are in our 20's and above. We appreciate the members in our server feel comfortable enough to inform us about this kind of stuff but frankly it is out of our control as a gaming server.
