Well I was going to send an example but my discord froze in the process.

Hi I would just like to make sure that certain server actions taken were justified, as I personally believe a ban of a third party was done in bad faith using Discord's tos as justification. The user "IQSensei" was accused by multiple server members of pdophilia regarding the message in the attached file, worth mentioning that there is nothing else at least as far as I'm aware that brought upon these allegations. From what I understand after reading the ToS serval times, this does not break the ToS and while obviously questionable, there's no form of sexual comment or reference to warrant a ban. This however did not stop several users from harassing the staff team of the server both in and outside discord demanding for a ban, accusing anyone that wouldn't do their biding as a "pdo defender". This entire ordeal happened in a server I am not in, however I got the full story in another server in which the user in question IQSensei was banned mostly to please the mob that had to migrate after being banned or muted in the previous server. I have no real connection with this user, however I believe the ban was unjust, and more importantly I believe the various users that campaigned for his ban completely disregarded the first rule of the ToS, as p*dophilia accusations are extremely serious and not something to throw out mindlessly, specially not to anyone unrelated to the initial incident. Ultimately I would like clarification for the question of whether the ban of the user IQSensei was justified, and if the multiple users that started this "drama" are liable for breaking rule #1 of your official ToS.

There’s no ‘usual’ amount of time, since it depends on the volume. The best thing you can do is make sure you follow the appeal instructions that are provided. So many people don’t read them, and then don’t understand why they’re waiting.
