discord doesn't restrict if a phone number is already in use. You add it to the new one after inputting the code and then it gets removed from the first account!

The scammer must have enabled 2FA, that's why Discord said in your ticket that they cannot provide any additional support

That is your own fault. Nothing can be done after you delete it. The deleted messages aren't stored and they don't take images or video as they can be faked.
