This part, however, can be resolved by using your UserID and is by that definition public. I think its safe to say they don't actually have your token but you can always change your password to be safe.

if you just have a given channel, then everyone is by default using the @ everyone permissions for that channel. You hve to add roles (such as moderators, admins, etc.) to actually give them permissions in that channels.

It is. Audit logs show a hit and the channel shows a new message, but nothing is there when checked

That is just the view on desktop. It works the same on mobile. This is the @ everyone on mobile (under advanced). No idea why it would be removed. I would check audit log to see if a bot or another user is doing it.

@ everyone permissions apply to... everyone in the server even to people without roles or specific permissions from specifically picking out members.

hacked ticket is the same here. You would do the hacked ticket through the email/account of the hacked account. The transfer ownership would be done through the new account to be transferred to. Also it would be duplicate even if it was same account as they aren't the same thing.
