You can't report through tickets any more. Where possible, you should report in-app and otherwise (if you're in the EU) you can use the special form for it but the process is different and I believe only specifically for actual illegal content, not just any TOS violations.

It's a bug actually we've found. It exists in your pf too when editing and saving it will prompt you with a message as if* you are exiting without saving.

For this period of time where that subscription is being used isn't refunded because you are using the service. The rest may be afforded to you but your subscription will end at the appointed date. This is so people don't buy the subscription and cancel for a refund just to do it again thus earning free nitro.

Niro works like this with subscriptions
If you buy nitro, classic, or basic your credit from that subscription will only apply to that type later nitro-nitro, classic-classic, basic-basic.

If you cancel your subscription you have finalized the purchase and will experience benefits till the end of that billing period.

Your credits do remain, and can be used later, you will have to have a payment method to take advantage of this.

If you go from yearly to monthly assuming it's the same nitro type, you can indeed use your credits towards that purchase.
Regardless of wether or not they exist monthly or annually, credit is credit.

Note: if you are on ios you will have to use the apple app store to cancel your subscription, or contact Apple support.

Refunds are possible! but must be submitted within 5 days of your purchase. That's for apps and subscriptions only. Everything else will not be refunded.

So, you can report the account as well for spam since the account is already hacked and they can use it to their advantage to try and trick other users.

1. You don't use discord support for reporting users. It is all through in-app.
2. They won't accept images or other media as those can be easily faked. The only way this even make sense is if it is a hacked/scammed account ticket and not actually reporting the account.

Hackers use a variety of tools to steal information, if your account is hacked then its possible your Gmail is compromised is why. You'll need another email for them to reply to then so that person can't simply respond to their response before you. It's a safety measure.

I'm hoping that the matter can be resolved timely and to your benefit. Try to understand there's allot of people ahead of in the support reports try to be patient. And you may not be able to recover the account if you have proof of ownership like pictures of you in chat for example, be sure to include them in your report there's an attachment section at the bottom.
