I do have my own server and we have weekly events for games on specific days
when discord invented returning events it got rly nice for me as admin of that server since I dont have to copy paste the same event on different days over and over
but now whenever such an event gets started it´s active for like 5 seconds and then just disappears

This is a scam, i got it once too.
They have a list of pregenerated msgs so if you dont see the "is typing" thats why.
Basicly theyre gonna refer you to a "discord staff member" with a really credible looking account, a linkedin profile, business card, whole ass history of the person and an old account with nitro so it looks real. Then the so called support guy is gonna try to make you pay 150 bucks to not get yourself ip-banned

I’d rather break their tos to make discord better because they’re not making it that better. Experiments, that’s fair I don’t use them, but like cmon BD has so much useful stuff that actually makes discord better. I’m not gonna abuse the api with it so there’s no reason to ban.

Well, I personally don't like mobile at all.
It lacks a lot of features that desktop has, and using web on my phone is just terrible.
Stickers has been out for about a year or two now and there's still no mobile ports of the sticker settings.

Also mobile is pretty buggy, requiring a restart. Every now and then the image picker just stays open forever even if the text box is unfocused and moves to the bottom of the screen.

Regardless, since you're also changing the name of server. it's a safe bet to restrict influx while you're revamping
