This is a known scam. Please block and report the supportdfanny12 account and also the person who has told you they falsely reported you. In the future, you can avoid stressing out from this by checking the profile and seeing that there's no staff badge which means they are impersonating Discord staff. Secondly, Discord staff simply does not conduct support on the platform.

Nitro is a personal benefit, server boost levels are a server benefit. If you got Nitro, you can stream in HD, if the server has level 3, the server can stream in HD.

The quality also applies to your videos as well, I believe. You can have HD quality regardless of where you are with the Nitro, whether or not the server is at level 3. Everyone else without Nitro will require a level 3 serve to get HD quality.
