You could try submitting a generic request via https://dis.gd/support (Help & Support -> General Question), Discord's basically disabled off-app reporting and afaik allows no way to report user accounts directly

Also, if it’s from a friend, it means they too fell for the scam. That’s how the scam works. It goes through your friends list and tries to spread through other friends, repeating the lifecycle of the scam

I think you should ask yourself, though from another platform, will the end user do that in your server? Is it worth the risk? Does the member bring any value to your community? Does the risk of keeping him there outweighs the benefits of keeping him there?

Ultimately, this is a moral choice if he hasn’t done it in your server breaking ToS.

You should also consider how you got that information and if there is any evidence backing it up and if that evidence is circumstantial.

Ok so I made an appeal for my account that got banned for a charge back, I'm still getting in contact with my bank to cancel the dispute. But when I check my appeals it says that they were all solved, and I didn't get no response back at all, do I need to add attachments for them to even check it. Because this is quite fair if they just make it solved and don't respond back to me at all?
