ah, then give it a bit for the confirmation. sometimes it can take a while

if by 3 days you don't get a confirmation email, send in another request, with statement you sent a request earlier but didn't receive a confirmation email, so you were making sure that the request was successfully sent through, and if it wasn't, you are sending the same details (then you insert the request you had).

The best you can do is request a charge back (though it’s been 4months since you’ve paid), however certain banks will see you have not been compensated for your subscription and could refund your money (or partial funds) for the period of benefits you had not received. Most cases have shown it’s back to square one.

But no hope is lost, most tickets are responded to very late but are resolved for misunderstandings. However, never reimbursed for inconvenience, best you can do is leave a bad review on the software’s moderation of underaged surveillance.

Most of their moderation services are computerized flagging systems to flag users and show staff who to surveillance and who not to.
