Just because you reported messages doesn’t mean they will get ban.

Discord has a system setup.
If the end users messages broke ToS, they will take action.
They first review it to see if the message did or not, then they proceed from there.

There are probably millions of reports, and only some of them have any automation to them.
The rest is by normal humans that can only do so much at a time.

Not to mention, there is a “standing” per account, so just because you reported someone, doesn’t mean they’re at the stage in standing where they become suspended or ban.

Just report, block and move on. Don’t worry about what happened afterward, you’ll drive yourself mad.

Context long story short: Account hacked and person managed to buy 2 nitro gifts and discord disabled my main account cus of chargeback(i contacted PayPal and currently waiting for the money to be placed in the balance). I got 4 tickets, 3 closed, 1 opened (which is open since yesterday) with no bot reply. What could this mean for me? Or at least how much time it could take in this case to get a reply.

This is from the opened ticket:
"My account was compromised after i downloaded an app from a guy that wanted my help with a game, i proceeded to help but the guy had access to my account afterwards and made 2 payments with money from my personal card. Payments have been made today at around 13:37-13:40, 27th april. The amount have been chargeback"

This is the more coherent ticket which was labeled as "solved", but when i replied to it, it appears as open but 5 minutes after got "solved" again.
"A person from my friend list asked me to help them with testing a game, or at least do the bare minimum for them. But instead, when I installed the respective file, it gave access to the person to my discord account. They managed to buy 2 Nitro gifts with money that have been taken from my credit card, that was linked to PayPal, i removed my own credit card from PayPal to prevent anything worse.

I changed my password to my account and revoked the links. I contacted PayPal support to refund the money and they did, but not yet in my PayPal balance. My own bank blocked my credit card to be safe. The bank app doesn't allow me to take screenshots due to confidentiality.

Shortly after, Discord disabled my account due to violating TOS for chargebacks and I submitted a ticket to appeal in this case to them as well."

And i provided screenshots and PDF files with e-mails and paypal purchases.

This happened to a buddy of mine, downloaded the “game”.

He never got his account back, they permanently deleted it.
After they delete it, you can get your old username back, but that’s it.

Chargebacks are against ToS as you can see, regardless of why.
It is up to the end user to keep their account safe.

Don’t go downloading things and clicking on links and all that.
Discord has plenty of safety information on their site and there are things all over when it comes to it.

I am sorry to hear what happened, but it’s game over, you won’t be getting your account back, and any tickets you make for it, they will continue to close and mark as resolved.

So im in this server that im helping as im a staff and im helping the owner, and I want to add a command that only specific roles can do that gives a specific role, so for example only people with the Whitelist Chief role can give the whitelisted role and no other role. And only people with the Jobs Chief role can give the Job boss role and nothing else so only specific leaders can give specific roles? and for there to be custom commands for those things for exampe the whitelist one: .wladd/.wlremove and such

OBS recordings/replays do not work at all with discord

I have had the preview setting enabled so that is not the issue

I have tried different encoders, formats, remux, sizes, length none of it works. The only way I can get it to work is to run it through some freemium app and resaving it but for some reason that works

That's because WebM is a specific profile of Matroska (MKV), so some MKVs will work, but others won't. All WebMs are MKVs, but not all MKVs are WebMs.

Really only the codecs changed but it uses the codecs from both Webm and MP4 so there really is no reason that discord can't run it other than dumbass Electron on the backend. Since it is a "Browser" even as an installed app and they have spotty history with MKVs but there is really no excuse not to support it.

It's basically a copy of all your data associated with your account, you should never share this.
