Make sure that your temporary account email and your original account's email aren't the same. You can technically use @googlemail.com to differentiate them.

Assuming that you have proof of them being in the server than can be provided as well.

There's also the simple troubleshooting methods that they give as a baseline for bug reports.

Unfortunately you will likely never be able to get into contact with a real person at discord. I’ve tried, and it’s hopeless. No human actually will ever interact with you- most they do is glance at your problem and send it off to be worked on or not. So if they close a ticket you either have to keep sending them and hope a different employee looks at it or just give up. The system is horrible.

As much as I am a clueless victim of this scam, I have learned a lot talking with a hacker on my acc who felt bad and wanted to try and get it back for me out of good faith. This hack is a massive webbed pyramid scheme. Without going into too much detail they hack people, and if they can’t pay the ransom they (sometimes) will ask you to work with them to hack other accs to pay it off.

i am currently trying to delete my account and i want another account of mine to have this accounts current username but when i delete this account and try to set the username of my alt to this account's current username, it says the username is not available, so i assumed that only after the 15days when my account will be completely deleted the username will be free so i recovered this account, changed its username to something else then deleted it but even after that when i try to set my desired username to my alt it still says username not available, so i tried sending a friend request to the account using that username but as far as i know, discord said double check the username and make sure it is correct and it should mean that there is no account that is using my username, so here i am, with discord saying that a username is unavailable even though no one is using it

I think they have your account previous name stored in a database and now it would be unavailable since it may be stored permanently somewhere in the database. I'm not sure tho.

Discord staff will not talk to you about account issues via DM. The friend that told you to contact Mr. TotallyLegit.SupportGuy also would have lost their account to the scam themselves.
