That one was most likely automated. The first message from Clyde is just them saying that they got your ticket, and Nelly is for common issues, such as submitting in the wrong spot. A real human will look at every single ticket that comes through, that’s why it can take so long

I connected up to Discord and found that I cannot hear anything in the discord channels, but I can transmit just fine and everyone can hear me. Dont know if this is a common problem, but I am using the Headset BT itself as Input and the USB stick as output.
